Running on Coconut Water

Ran 6 KM on Tuesday and 10 KM on Thursday and hydrated with Coconut Water only.
It definitely hydrates better than water. I immediately felt my thirst quench after sipping coconut water. With plain water my throat sometimes still felt dry although i had swigged quite a bit.

As for helping me run better…that is still for me to find out..
