Ever since my bout with dengue in Singapore, my right knee has been bothering me.
After resting the whole of December, i’ve been trying to get back to my running schedule but have been put off by pain in my right knee.
Today i went to see a physio. After consultation, some pulse machine attached to my knee, some lifting excercises followed by a hot wrap over the knee, my knee felt better. Physio did advice to stay off it and rest a bit more. She says that my knee is sore and weak. I need to strengthen it more before i add the KM’s…i was not allowed to run today. First run after physio is tomorrow…hopefully my knee will hold up.
