My right knee is definitely injured.
Tried to run again this morning and learnt how to limp – run…really bad for the back..then my left thigh started to strain as it took some of the burden off the right leg…
Have since posted my apologies to my fb friends who warned me not to go running so soon…and will be seeking medical treatment this weekend…hopefully it isn’t anything serious…
Now that i can run, and love to run, i don’t know what else i could do to replace it …
